7:00pm Presentation: Presentation by Lawrie Smith AM, landscape architect and renowned native plants expert.

- Lawrie is a member of Native Plants Queensland and has been active in communicating his knowledge through presentations to ANSPA as well as range of conservation groups.
- With Lawrie’s permission, we will be playing a recording of his presentation to 2022 ANSPA, where based on his extensive experience in designing Botanic and public gardens he presents a historical summary of garden design in Australia, followed by some photographs of members gardens that use various design principles. For more information see the attachment.
- The presentation will provide many great ideas for gardening, and Lawrie plans to join us on zoom to answer any questions.
Bring along any plants to the meeting that you’ve propagated that you’d like to swap between members, and generally enjoy the company of one another.
